Data Retention

Terran Denizen retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining active member records, supporting alumni engagement, and meeting legal obligations.

Even after you cease to be an active member, we may retain your information indefinitely for network, alumni, partner-matching, and historical research purposes, unless you submit a verifiable deletion request as described in Section 5. Anonymized or aggregated data derived from your information may be retained indefinitely.

05 — Privacy Policy

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal data, which may include the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of your information. To exercise any such rights, please contact us at the address below.

Please note that certain rights may be limited where we have a legitimate interest in retaining data, where retention is required by law, or where data has been shared with or processed by partner organizations prior to your request. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

Deletion of your member profile does not automatically result in deletion of data already shared with partner organizations or incorporated into anonymized reporting.
