Treks are open to MBA students, select master’s candidates, and undergraduates from M7 affiliated universities. Some programs require applications, while others are open until capacity is reached.
Each Country Trek accommodates 80-120 participants, while Industry Treks are limited to 10-20 participants. Seats are limited, so apply early!
Program access, executive sessions, site visits, mentor introductions, cohort network, and curated events. In-country travel, accommodation, and select meals may be bundled depending on the Trek.

No prior industry experience is needed. Treks are designed for you to explore and dive deeper into industries of interest or potential career paths.
Treks are not direct recruiting programs. However, participants can use the opportunity to secure their next internships, projects, or full-time roles by leveraging connections made during Treks and Fellowships.
Our Student Success team provides onboarding, mentor pairings, and a welcome packet with everything you’ll need. Four weeks before the Trek, you’ll join a private cohort network to start connecting. Please keep in mind visa processing times and potential delays, if you require a visa.
